Medara Health Suite is a hospital information management system built for Indian multi-branch hospitals. Registration, OPD, clinical care, diagnostics, pharmacy, IPD, billing, insurance, and MIS reports share one real-time patient file — not separate department silos that staff reconcile by hand.
One patient, one UHID
Every person has a single lifelong hospital ID. Always search by mobile, name, or ABHA before creating a registration. Duplicate UHIs split history, double-bill risk, and break ABHA linkage.
The clinical spine (how data flows)
Almost every module hangs off one chain: patient → visit → encounter → order → result, with charges rolling into invoices and claims. Nothing clinical or financial floats free of a visit.

OPD Counter, Patient Database, OPD Queue, Availability — where identity and visits start.
Clinical
Consultation raises orders that fan out to Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Blood Bank; ER and Nursing feed IPD.
